ARTISTS STATEMENT
“All things creative” has been a credo that I live by when deciding what projects to take on. I enjoy keeping my workload diverse to help expand my skill set. I have had the opportunity to make music, paint on many different surfaces, illustrate, play in Photoshop, create graphics and layouts, create props, organize events, and apprentice as a tattoo artist. I love the challenge new artistic territory poses.
My recent endeavors have been leaning more towards helping my fellow artists and my community. I am co-founder of ART SYNERGY, a countywide initiative to promote local artists and culture in my area of South Florida. I also teach workshops and classes in my media of expertise and I am presently seeking not for profit status for ART SYNERGY in order to start art and culture day trips for “at risk youth” and their families.
I am also proud to be Creative Director of Fright Nights at the S. Fl Fairgrounds where over the past 7 years, I have done, horror make-up, graphics / branding, set design, and my fair share of getting into character.
My intent is to stay focused and to NEVER take my creative gifts for granted.
